Job Title: Senior EDI Oracle Specialist Location: All BSL location Experience: 8+ years in EDI and Oracle ERP integration Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior EDI Oracle Specialist to lead and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations within Oracle ERP systems. The role focuses on handling customer and supplier transactions, data transformation, and eCommerce gateway management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEDI Transaction Management:Manage end-to-end EDI processes for key transaction sets, including:ORDERS (Purchase Orders)ORDCHG (Order Changes)DESADV (Dispatch Advice)DELJIT (Delivery Just-in-Time)INVOIC (Invoices)Other EDIFACT/X12 messages as requiredOracle ERP Integration:Configure and maintain Oracle EDI Gateway and related modulesEnsure accurate mapping between EDI standards and Oracle applicationsCustomer & Supplier Collaboration:Coordinate with external trading partners for onboarding and EDI connectivityAddress and resolve transaction or communication issues promptlyData Transformation & Validation:Develop and implement data transformation logic for inbound and outbound transactionsEnsure compliance with global EDI standards and partner-specific requirementseCommerce Gateway Management:Support integration of eCommerce platforms with Oracle ERP for automated processingMonitoring & Troubleshooting:Monitor EDI transactions proactively and resolve issues to meet SLA requirementsDocumentation & Compliance:Maintain detailed documentation for mappings, workflows, and partner specificationsRequired SkillsStrong experience with Oracle EDI Gateway and Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Fusion)Expertise in EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and transaction sets (ORDERS, ORDCHG, DESADV, DELJIT, INVOIC)Proficiency in data mapping, transformation tools, and integration frameworksKnowledge of communication protocols such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, and VANExperience with eCommerce integration and partner onboardingStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with Oracle B2B Gateway, SOA Suite, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Working knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, and Java for customizations
