GGC prides itself on creating homes for every budget, fulfilling the dreams of homebuyers and investors alike, while shaping skylines that symbolize progress and prosperity.Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support IT Strategy: Assist in developing and executing IT strategies and policies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within budget.Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to IT staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT products and services.Compliance & Security: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, and implement security measures to protect organizational data and systems.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, project status, and other relevant metrics to senior management.Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to IT processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. QualificationsQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and software, including experience with operating systems, databases, and security protocols.Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
