Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies, End User Services, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role focuses on operational support, service optimization, automation, and execution of infrastructure and workplace technology projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, storage, and cloud servicesDeliver End User Services (EUS) support for remote and onsite users, workplace devices, and meeting room technologiesParticipate in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Demand, and CMDB managementSupport IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives through structured project management practicesCreate and manage task plans, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools and Gantt chartsDevelop basic automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effortTroubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issues to ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholdersMaintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standardsMandatory Skills & ExperienceIT Infrastructure & End User ServicesSolid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including:Networks, servers, and storage systemsCloud services fundamentals (IaaS / PaaS)Hands-on experience with End User Services, including:Remote and onsite user supportUser workplace equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals)Meeting room and collaboration equipmentProject ManagementExperience working with project management tools and methodologiesAbility to plan, track, and manage deliverables using Gantt chartsScripting & AutomationBasic scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or BashAbility to automate routine tasks and optimize operational processesExperience & Education5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, End User Services, or IT operationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
