The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP PP along with leadership experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:· Lead SAP PP implementations and Global Rollouts· Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and process optimization· Configure and manage:o Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planningo Long Term Planning, Forecasting, and Planning BOMo MRP (Material Requirements Planning)o Production Planning & Scheduling for MTO and MTS scenarioso Available to Promise (ATP) and Missing Parts Listo BOM, Routing, Work Centerso Capacity Planning & Planning Boards· Experience in integration with MES systems· Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams· Ensure integration with MM, SD, QM, and WM modules· Lead UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support· Mentor junior consultants and guide the team· Prepare functional specifications and solution documentsRequired Skills:· Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (10+ years)· Expertise in end-to-end implementation projects· Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes· Experience in SAP QM model· Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, SD, QM)· Ability to handle client-facing roles and stakeholder managementPreferred Qualifications:· SAP Certification in PP module· Experience in global delivery models· Exposure to PP-PI / Advanced Planning tools (good to have)Leadership & Soft Skills:· Strong leadership and team handling skills· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesCareer at Kagool A career at Kagool will give you a path towards progression and opportunities, with the current rate of growth we at Kagool have dedicated time towards individual growth, recognizing individual contributions, filling the team with a strong sense of purpose along with providing a fun, flexible and friendly work environment
