Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure (Azure & Microsoft 365)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly technical and hands-on Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365. This role requires strong ownership across both delivery and technical architecture, including cloud networking, landing zones, security, sizing, BoQ, and enterprise assessments. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation programs while actively contributing to solution design, technical validation, and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 programs across enterprise and government clientsAct as a hands-on technical leader for Azure infrastructure including networking, identity, security, and governanceDesign and implement Azure landing zones aligned with enterprise-scale architecture and best practicesDefine cloud architecture covering subscriptions, resource groups, policies, identity, and access managementPlan and execute cloud migration and modernization programs from on-premise to Azure and hybrid environmentsPerform detailed infrastructure assessments including current state analysis, gap assessment, and target architecture definitionDevelop sizing models, cost estimations, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for cloud deploymentsLead Azure networking design including VNets, subnets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, VPN, ExpressRoute, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivityDrive security architecture including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Zero Trust, identity protection, and compliance frameworksOversee implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra IDWork closely with engineering teams on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure componentsEnsure high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and performance optimizationLead governance frameworks including policies, RBAC, cost management, and monitoringProvide technical guidance during pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshopsConduct client training sessions, knowledge transfer, and documentation for operations teamsManage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication with strong governanceRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure across IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environmentsDeep expertise in Azure networking including VNet design, hybrid connectivity, routing, and security controlsExperience designing and implementing Azure landing zones and enterprise-scale architectureStrong understanding of cloud security including identity, access management, threat protection, and complianceExperience with infrastructure sizing, performance planning, and cost optimizationHands-on experience preparing BoQ, proposals, and technical solution documentsExperience conducting cloud readiness assessments and migration planningStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra IDExperience with monitoring and observability tools including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application InsightsGood understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningExperience working with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code is a plusPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Security Engineer AssociatePMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationExperience working with government, regulated industries, or large enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or regional regulatory frameworksExperience with Azure cost management and FinOps practicesBehavioral CompetenciesStrong ownership with the ability to lead both technically and operationallyAbility to balance hands-on technical work with project management responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsContinuous learner with strong interest in cloud, security, and emerging technologiesWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead and build large-scale cloud infrastructure programsHands-on exposure to enterprise-grade Azure and Microsoft 365 environmentsWork on high-impact digital transformation initiativesCollaborative, innovation-driven work cultureStrong focus on technical excellence and continuous learning
