Join us in designing and delivering next-generation Hyperautomation and AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.Your RoleAs a Power Platform / Hyperautomation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will work closely with Solution Designers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Delivery Leads in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.In this role, you will:Develop enterprise-grade Hyperautomation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Build and integrate AI‑powered applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.Collaborate with Solution Designers and Business Analysts to provide scope, sizing, and effort estimations during requirement analysis and design phases.Ensure solution quality by supporting test planning, unit testing, system testing, and QA testing activities.Support Operational teams during UAT and deployment phases.Provide post‑production maintenance by analyzing reported issues and proposing effective resolutions.Review Hyperautomation solutions developed by other developers to ensure compliance with internal control, security, audit, and architectural standards.Collaborate closely with peer developers to deliver solutions on time and in alignment with best practices.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Monitor solution performance and ensure alignment with the internal Hyperautomation technical framework and SLAs.Support the Hyperautomation Delivery Lead in maintaining a sustainable, scalable development and operating model, including frameworks, processes, and templates.Stay updated on the evolving capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, Copilot, and emerging automation technologies.Your Profile4–9 years of total experience with strong hands‑on development experience in:Power Apps (Canvas or Model‑Driven) – Must haveDataverse – Must havePower Automate (Cloud or Desktop) – Must haveCopilot / AI‑powered automations – PreferredStrong understanding of Hyperautomation principles, architecture, and solution design.Experience in developing maintainable, scalable, and well‑structured automation solutions using industry best practices.Ability to work in both Development and Support capacities.Strong communication, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.Certification: PL‑400 or PL‑600 (Required).Ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams and work in an Agile environment.What You’ll Love About Working HereOpportunities to shape your career with internal mobility, mentorship, and diverse project exposure.Access to a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem with 250,000+ courses, certifications, and AI‑driven learning paths.Holistic wellness support including medical benefits, flexible working options, telemedicine, preventive healthcare, and family wellness programs.About CapgeminiCapgemini is an AI‑powered global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their future through data, technology, innovation, and people.
