Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented UAT & Data Validation Analyst to support user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and validate data integrity following system migrations. You will work closely with the startup team to ensure applications meet business requirements and that migrated data is accurate and complete.This is a hybrid role with a combination of remote work and access to a co-working office space as needed.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles for new and updated applicationsDocument test cases, track defects, and communicate results to stakeholdersDevelop clear, user-friendly training materials including guides, job aids, and quick-reference documentsPerform data validation following data migration eventsIdentify and escalate data discrepancies and work with technical teams to resolve issuesMaintain thorough documentation throughout testing and migration processesProviding application support, troubleshooting user issues, and serving as a point of contact for end-user inquiriesQualifications (must haves)The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in:Conducting UAT for business applicationsCreating training materials and/or delivering end-user trainingPerforming data validation on reports in a post-migration contextProviding customer support for business applicationsRequirements (must meets)Availability to work a scheduled shift from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.A dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access is required to ensure productivity and seamless communication.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities, with demonstrated ability to adapt to change, take on new challenges, and remain effective in dynamic situations.
