Job Title - Servicenow Technical Consultant Job Type - On - SIteExperience - 7+ Year'sLocation - Swiss/ SpainJob Description -• Lead design and development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform across modules such as ITSM, IRM, CSM etc • Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions and architecture • Develop advanced customizations using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance • Customize and enhance core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB • Implement automation, orchestration, and workflow optimization to improve business processes • Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide performance optimization solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and project managers • Drive platform upgrades, instance management, and release planning activities • Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for operational insights • Maintain technical documentation including solution design, integration architecture, and configuration details
