Lead Mobile Developer (Flutter)Location: Pune/Bavdhan (Onsite)Must Haves: Flutter and React NativeWe aren't just looking for a coder; we’re looking for a Lead Mobile Developer, you will spearhead the development of high-performance trading applications, steering our technical direction while ensuring our mobile ecosystem is robust and scalable.Your ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Build: Design and develop slick, high-frequency cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart specifically for the trading domain.Cross-Framework Governance: Oversee and integrate mobile logic where React Native knowledge is essential for maintaining legacy components or making strategic architectural decisions across our mobile stack.Strategic Integration: Lead the secure connection of apps to critical backend services (OMS, RMS, BackOffice, and partner APIs).Feature Ownership: Drive the implementation of complex features like real-time market data streaming, ultra-low-latency order placement, and dynamic portfolio views.Performance Optimization: Ensure the app maintains /"super-fast/" responsiveness and smooth 60fps interactions, even under heavy data loads.Quality & Security Champion: Establish rigorous testing and debugging standards to ensure maximum security for financial transactions.Collaborative Leadership: Bridge the gap between UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to turn a vision into a polished product.Mentorship: Stay ahead of the curve in Flutter and mobile security trends, mentoring junior developers to elevate the team’s collective skill set.Must-HavesLeadership Experience: Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Developer with a portfolio of high-impact apps.Dual Framework Proficiency: Deep expertise in Flutter & Dart, coupled with necessary professional experience in React Native to handle our diverse mobile requirements.Trading Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial trading, market mechanics, and financial APIs is a massive plus.Technical Depth: * Advanced experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and secure data handling.Mastery of State Management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).Expertise in mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.Tooling: Advanced Git workflow management and CI/CD for mobile.Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex financial logic and the ability to thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
