JD Electrical + Electronic Hardware Designer / Engineer Completed engineering University level; BE/BTech/ME/Mtech in Electronics/Electrical• Active, Passive, Semiconductor component selection know-how• Analogue, digital, mixed signal circuits design and calculations• 8/16/32 bit microcontroller selection, peripheral circuits design• High-speed circuits design like DDR4, EEPROM, QSPI flash, USB, Ethernet. • Component selection criteria, lifecycle check, worst case design calculations• Good understanding of Linear regulators, LDOs, DC-DC converter topologies• Hardware development lifecycle knowledge• Good understanding of Motion control techniques & interfaces with motors/actuators• Good understanding of EMI/EMC design considerations for PCB . • Tools: Mentor Graphics (Schematic entry), LTspice /Pspice (for circuit simulation)• Support PCB layout and review of layout according to the application• Create a test plan and test setup preparation • Board bring-up, Verification of Board proto, debugging, testing and documentation, Test & measurement instruments like DSO, DMM, Logic/Power analyser, debugger.• Hands-on experience with tools like Agile, Clear-quest, Windchill or equivalent • Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently. • Develop test plans and procedures for prototypes and production units, conduct functional, environmental, and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, safety). • Good hands-on experience using instruments like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers, Automate testing using Python or similar tools..
