Tech Lead-Full Stack Developer (Angular & NestJS) – Healthcare | Generative AI & Voice AgentsLocation: Remote -IndiaAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Angular expertise and emerging technical leadership capabilities to help build a next-generation clinical research and healthcare operations platform for a US-based healthcare client.The platform supports patient outcomes tracking, clinical workflows, research analytics, and healthcare data integrations. The role focuses on Angular front-end development, combined with backend services built using NestJS, Prisma ORM, and MariaDB.In addition to hands-on development, the candidate will contribute to technical leadership activities such as guiding best practices, mentoring junior developers, participating in architecture discussions, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.This position will also contribute to AI-enabled features including Generative AI workflows and Voice Agent integrations to enhance patient engagement and clinical automation.You will work in a fully remote, agile environment collaborating with US healthcare teams, product leaders, and engineers.What You'll Work OnYou will help develop a modern clinical platform for orthopedic practices, supporting:• Patient registration and profile management• Clinical appointment scheduling• Digital forms and structured clinical data capture• Longitudinal patient outcome visualization• Automated patient communication workflows• Healthcare data integrations (HL7 / EMR systems)• Research compliance and reporting dashboards• AI-powered workflows and voice-based patient interaction toolsKey Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Angular and NestJS• Build responsive UI components using Angular 18+ and Angular Material• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and NestJS• Design and optimize database schemas using Prisma ORM and MariaDB• Integrate Generative AI capabilities and voice-based healthcare assistants• Participate in technical architecture discussions and solution design• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers• Review code, enforce development standards, and promote best practices• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Okta, Auth0, or similar providers• Write automated tests using Jest• Use Docker, Git, Swagger, and Postman for development workflows• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentRequired Skills• Strong experience with Angular (v18+)• Expertise in Angular Material• Solid experience with Node.js and NestJS• Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM• Strong SQL experience with MariaDB or similar databases• Experience working with Docker and containerized development• Experience participating in technical design, code reviews, and mentoring developers• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication systems, and modern web architectures• Experience using Git, Postman, Swagger, JIRA, and ConfluenceNice to Have• Experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based applications• Experience building Voice Agents or conversational AI systems• Knowledge of HL7 / FHIR healthcare interoperability standards• Experience with CASA AI or AI-assisted healthcare workflows• Background in healthcare, clinical research, or digital health platformsQualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field• 3–6 years of full-stack development experience• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives or guide development teams• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team
