Job Title: Accessibility Developer (Frontend)Experience: 2+ YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a Frontend Accessibility Developer who has strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and WCAG guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and fixing accessibility issues to ensure websites are compliant with accessibility standards.Key Responsibilities:Fix accessibility issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScriptImplement WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 guidelinesWork with audit teams to resolve accessibility violationsUse screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver for testingPerform keyboard navigation and assistive technology testingDebug browser issues using developer toolsDocument accessibility fixes and provide remediation guidanceUpdate task status in tools like JIRARequired Skills:Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Typescript, semantic markup, and ARIAGood understanding of JavaScript (DOM manipulation & events)Familiarity with WCAG guidelinesBasic experience with screen reader testingGood written communication skillsPreferred:CPACC or WAS certificationExperience in web development or QA (2+ years)
