Job Title: US IT RecruiterExperience: 2 to 4 Years (Hands-on End-to-End US Recruitment)Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)Work Mode: Onsite/hybrid from Pune, Koregaon park OfficeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in USA Salesforce hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.Lead full employee lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integration.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.Coordinating with clients for the documentation.Follow up with candidates / vendors on timesheets and maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment.Salesforce hiring experience is mandatory.Strong understanding of US recruitment norms, tax terms, visa classifications, and resume formats.Must be a hands-on executor with a proactive approach.Why Join UsGrowth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation
