Oracle CX Subscription CloudSkillset:- Good knowledge of subscription management module with awareness of data flow between OM and AR modules- Ability to enable and update DFFs on the Sub Management UI- Proficient in usage of Service Mapping, Algoritham, App Composer and any other features requried to customize / extend Subscription Management.
