The team adopts a customer centric approach backed by strong agile practices.Your Role:Define test strategy and scope of testingCreate well documented New Feature and System Testing testcasesCreate Test Plans and estimates efforts for testingDevelop and execution of test scripts and validation of test results (manual and automated)Define end to end scenarios depicting customer usecase using Real World datasetsContinuously seeking feedback from Customer Response Team and fill testing gapsIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency and overall productivityHelp establish and improve an automated test environment for user interface (UI) and non-UI testing.Contribute to performance testing for New Feature testingWrite and execute tests for accessibilityActively collaborate with developers, Product manager to shape the product and deliver product releasesProvide feedback to team on product quality, call out risks/ issues and can balance quality with time-bound deliveryPerforms variety of quality assurance tasksTest AI features using representative, noisy, and adversarial inputs to ensure robustness.Validate tool’s outcome for accuracy, reliability, and consistency under various conditionsDay to Day:Participate in scrum meetingsWrite well documented testcases covering end to end scenarios for new features development and its executionParticipate in testcase review processParticipate in estimating QA effortsParticipate in automation script creation and failure analysisShare technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriateRequired skills:10+ years hands on experience on Web UI manual and automation TestingExperience working with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC Ability to learn new technology quicklyPlaywright Automation / Rest Assured knowledgeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently
