Java Developer

Requirements8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions in Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture.Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.Demonstrated proficiency with various architectural principles and design patterns for enterprise solutions.Working experience in developing solutions for one or more cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is essential.Knowledge of cloud-native compute, storage, and network services for one or more cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.Good understanding of APIs, web services, microservices, and awareness of API management gateways.Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of NoSQL is desirable.Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck).Solid understanding of security principles across all aspects of the SDLC, including code security.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Proven ability to lead a team of 10–15 members to design and develop enterprise solutions and deploy them to production.Proven ability to mentor team members, guide them in producing high-quality solution components, and troubleshoot issues.Experience analyzing user stories, providing estimates, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables as a team.Experience with the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery and production support.Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and develop expertise in new transformation technology stacks.Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile development models.SkillsJavaSpring BootMicroservicesCI/CDAngular
