Job role- ServiceNow Integration Developer Experience - 4-12 years Location- Pune & Bangalore Job persona- Hybrid Job Description:ServiceNow Development: Strong development skills for ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.• Service Portal: Hands-on experience on ServiceNow portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.• Integrations: Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with ServiceNow platform• CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts• Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize ServiceNow platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.Qualifications (Must):Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperAdvanced Knowledge of ServiceNow complex IntegrationsAdvanced Knowledge of ServicePortalAdvanced knowledge of software development lifecycleGood knowledge about different SCDLCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsExperience of leading a team will be an advantageGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsQualifications (Preferred):ServiceNow CSA certifiedMicro certification – Service Portal
