Our expertise spans across Telecom, Technology, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Insurance, Banking, Transportation, and Healthcare domains.To find out more about us, visit our website: Job Title: Sr Java Developer RoleExperience: 8 to 16 yrsLocation: Kharadi, Pune, MHEmployment Type: Full-time*** NO Freshers and Candidates with 30 days and above Notice Period will not work****Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and related frameworks.Develop, optimize, and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services such as App Service, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Event Hub.Work closely with architecture and DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.Ensure robust security, scalability, and performance tuning for all application layers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Business) in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure best coding practices and maintainability.Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and support migration to Azure Cloud. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8–14 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Experience with frontend technologies: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.Deep understanding of Azure Cloud components — App Service, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub, Service Bus, and Azure SQL.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps CI/CD best practices.Experience with Kafka or messaging queues is an added advantage.Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
