The selected candidate will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art 3D interactive experiences and product configurators. Tasks include designing and implementing responsive interfaces, programming and fine-tuning features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers and developers. The role also involves troubleshooting, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless functionality across devices. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive 3D experiences for web and real-time platformsBuild 3D product configurators with logic, variants, materials, and animationsOptimize 3D assets for performance, real-time rendering, and web deliveryCollaborate with designers, animators, and engineering teamsIntegrate 3D experiences with UI, APIs, and backend systemsEnsure cross-browser and cross-device compatibilityParticipate in solution design, technical planning, and client discussions Required Skills & Experience4–7 years of hands-on experience in 3D interactive developmentStrong experience with Three.js / WebGL / Babylon.js or similar frameworksSolid understanding of 3D pipelines (modeling, texturing, lighting, optimization)Experience working with GLTF / GLB / USD or similar real-time formatsJavaScript expertise with a strong grasp of performance optimizationExperience developing interactive product configurators is a big plusFamiliarity with WebXR / AR / VR concepts is desirableAbility to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions Good to HaveExperience with industrial, engineering, or manufacturing visualizationKnowledge of Unity / Unreal (real-time workflows)Exposure to React / UI integration with 3DUnderstanding of UX principles for interactive experiences
