We constantly improve and maintain our high-quality solutions through dedicated, proactive market research and developmental efforts.Overview : We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to drive Development and delivery of a high-value software product in the Industry 5.0 space, connecting user requirements to production and delivery.The product leverages .NET Core, MS SQL Server, Azure services, and React.js for cloud-native interfaces, with advanced integrations across Digital Twin, IoT, SCADA, and industrial data platforms. Immersive collaboration is enabled using Unreal Engine, Omniverse, and related industrial metaverse technologies, with extensive use of AI/ML-driven automation across engineering workflows.This role requires strong technical depth, delivery management at component and service levels, and the ability to guide developers through complex implementations while remaining actively hands-on.Role type: Hands-on Technical Manager (Not a people-manager-only role )Focus: Delivery + Management at module/service levelKey Responsibilities : Technical Leadership & DeliveryLead the development and delivery of front and backend services, APIs, and cloud-native components using .NET Core and MS SQL Server.Drive implementation of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.Review code, enforce engineering standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables across the team.Cloud, DevOps & Modern EngineeringDesign and implement solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Messaging, etc.).Build DevOps environment to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.Ensure adherence to modern DevOps and cloud-native best practices.Frontend & IntegrationLead frontend developers to ensure performance, usability, and secure data exchange.Provide technical guidance on React.js-based web interfaces and integration with backend services.Advanced Platform & Domain IntegrationPlan and manage integrations with Digital Twin, IoT, and SCADA systems for data acquisition, simulations, and analytics.Support development and integration efforts related to industrial metaverse platforms (Unreal Engine, Omniverse, or similar), focusing on backend services, data pipelines, and APIs.Enable AI/ML-driven automation in workflows, simulations, and system intelligence (working alongside data/ML teams).Team Mentorship & CollaborationMentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and design discussions.Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure technical planning, estimations, and risk identification.Qualifications & Experience : Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)10–14 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C#.Solid experience with MS SQL Server and enterprise data modelling.Experience building cloud-based enterprise or SaaS products on Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.Working knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript ecosystems.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Knowledge of DevOps tools, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring practicesGood to HaveExposure to Digital Twin, IoT, SCADA, CAD/BIM, or Industry 4.0/5.0 platforms.Experience integrating or supporting Unreal Engine, Omniverse, or immersive visualization platforms.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in industrial or enterprise software.Key Competencies : Strong problem-solving and system design skillsHands-on technical leadership and ownershipAbility to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutionsEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMentoring mindset with execution focus
