Job SummaryImmediate joinerWe are looking for a Monitoring Application QA Automation Developer to join our IT Monitoring and Operations Center Development Team. The role involves testing and automating internally developed applications while working in an Agile/Scrum environment. The candidate will collaborate with global teams and deliver quality automation outcomes at the end of each sprint.Roles & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web-based applications - Perform functional, regression, and automation testing for internally developed monitoring applications - Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and global QA teams - Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and automation results at the end of every sprint - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve issues - Improve and optimize automation frameworks and test coverageRequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsEducationBE / B.Tech / MCA with strong academic backgroundExperience3–4 years of experience in software testingAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in automation developmentTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in web application test automationExperience with automation tools such as:Robot FrameworkSeleniumSahiProficiency in Python or Java scriptingBasic understanding of web technologies, including:Client-server architectureApplication serversLoad balancersWeb servicesProcess KnowledgeGood understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA/testing methodologiesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work effectively with global, cross-functional teamsPreferred SkillsExperience in testing monitoring or operations-related applicationsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
