About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement mainframe applications.Maintain and enhance existing mainframe systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Perform system testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mainframe applications. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required SkillsProficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.Experience with mainframe development tools and environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred SkillsExperience with CICS and VSAM.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Familiarity with modern programming languages.
