The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise software initiatives in an Agile environment.Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and best practices.- Remain hands-on in coding, reviewing, and architecting solutions for Java microservices and ETL pipelines.- Drive the design, deployment, and orchestration of microservices in Kubernetes (AKS) with Azure Cloud integration.- Oversee the creation and optimisation of Snowflake pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability.- Define and maintain enterprise messaging architecture using Kafka or equivalent frameworks.- Partner closely with stakeholders to align teamwork with the project roadmap.- Coordinate across scrum teams working on both legacy systems and modernization initiatives.- Ensure CI/CD pipelines are optimized and aligned with DevOps’ best practices.- Contribute to infrastructure automation efforts (Terraform/IaC where applicable).- Manage task allocation, performance tracking, and delivery timelines for the Pune-based team.- Facilitate communication across APAC/EMEA/US time zones and ensure team alignment.- Work involves both legacy systems and modernization projects.What we're looking for in our applicants:15+ years of professional software development experience with at least 5 years in a leadership roleRole : Technical Delivery Lead:Mandatory Skills- Core Java (Java 8+), J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA- REST APIs, JSON, Microservices architecture- Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services, Spring Security, etc.)- ETL frameworks like Apache Airflow or Spring Batch or Apache Camel or any- Strong experience with SQL (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL), Snowflake, and NoSQL databases (preferably Cosmos DB)- Proven experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)- Enterprise messaging systems (Kafka)- CI/CD setup and troubleshooting (preferably Azure DevOps)- Snowflake Requirement: Must know how to connect, deploy, handle DB, and write pipelines.- Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours- Cloud Experience : Primary: Azure Cloud.- Acceptable: AWS/GCP if candidate can upskill quickly to Azure.Good to Have Preferred Skills- Knowledge of UI technologies (React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)- Financial/Banking domain experience- Experience with Maven, Gradle, Git- DB performance tuning and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)- Knowledge of Control-M, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow- Strong Unix commands and scripting skillsIn ShortCore Stack:- Java backend, - Microservices, - Kubernetes (AKS), - Azure, - Kafka, - ETL (Airflow, Spring Batch, Apache Camel), - Snowflake. - CI/CD: At least 5 years with Git or similar in Agile environments.High priority on Java backend + Microservices + Cloud (Azure/Kubernetes).Snowflake & ETL skills are must-havesDeal-breakers: Lack of strong backend coding skills or cloud-native deployment experience.Dataceria software Solution Pvt Ltd- We are looking for Senior Backend Developer - JAVA, ETL & Microservices - We are looking for immediate joiners with 15 -30 days of notice period. - If you are interested send your cv to ba@With the details below- Experience: - CTC: - ECTC: - Notice period: - Current work Location: - Resigned or yet to resigned : - Attach your updated resume to above email : ba@
