This role will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring data-driven decisions and seamless system performance.Key Role Deliverables:- Analyze CRM and HRMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, translate them into system enhancements - Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility - Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features or modules - Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across platforms - Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues - Provide training and documentation for end-users - Stay updated on CRM/HRMS best practices and recommend upgrades or new toolsTechnical skills required:- Experience with system integrations and API workflows - Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management) - Familiarity with CRM workflows (lead management, customer segmentation, campaign tracking) - Certification in CRM or HRMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Workday Analyst)Prerequisites:- Commitment and Ownership - Strong analytical abaility - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Attention to detail - Good time management and multi-tasking skillsExperience:3+ years of relevant experienceEducation:GraduateCompensation:The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
