We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.Brief Introduction -This role is ideal for a technically strong Project Manager who can lead data engineering and BI reporting initiatives for Data Management/Data Warehouse enhancement projects. You will manage delivery, ensure compliance with program standards, and bring innovative solutions to accelerate timelines.Responsibilities-Project Planning & Governance- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for Data Warehouse and Data Engineering projects - Ensure adherence to standards and governance defined by the larger program - Maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress reportsTechnical Leadership (SME Role)- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Data Warehousing, and BI reporting - Design and validate data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integration strategies for analytics and BI platforms - Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Solve complex technical challenges without relying on other architects or SMEsBI Reporting Enablement- Oversee integration with BI tools and ensure optimized reporting structures - Strong experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Tellius for dashboarding and visualization - Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutionsQuality Assurance & Compliance- Validate data accuracy and integrity post-deployment - Coordinate UAT and manage defect resolution - Ensure compliance with pharma data privacy and regulatory standardsProcess Optimization & Continuous Innovation- Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements in ETL and reporting processes - Foster an innovative mindset to leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, for accelerating project delivery and improving efficiency.Qualifications-- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in Data Warehouse/Data Lakehouse and Data Engineering projects - Strong experience managing data platforms for large pharmaceutical clients - Deep expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and BI reporting - Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Tellius - Exposure to Generative AI for accelerating project delivery is a strong plus - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes for faster onboarding - PMP or Agile certification preferredOther Competencies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and act tactically - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Entrepreneurial orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, MS ADO)
