Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm,Position: Technical Project Co-Ordinator- IT InfraWe at Verdantas ,looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and tracking IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects. This role supports project managers and technical teams by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication.Key Responsibilities Project Support- Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress. - Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and documentation items.Requirements Gathering- Support collection and documentation of technical requirements. - Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans.Documentation & Visualization- Prepare and updateproject documentation such as: - Network diagrams - System architecture diagrams - SOPs and runbooks - Maintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards.Communication & Coordination- Act as a point of contact for project updates. - Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders. - Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews.Quality & Compliance Support- Assist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). - Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks.Core Competencies- Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teamsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred) - 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration - Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud) - Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence) - Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) - Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus)Location: Pune OfficeWork Timing: Shift Schedule (US - Eastern Time Zone)
