Network Engineer

Core Responsibilities Include: Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco and HPe Aruba switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless components. Manage wireless networking platforms, including site surveys, coverage analysis, and optimization. Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds and recommend improvements as needed. Support and maintain the IP Telephony system. Implement and maintain network security measures in alignment with the compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communication Engineering. 3+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise environments, with a strong focus on LAN & wireless LAN technologies. Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11), and familiar with Cisco/Aruba wireless technologies. Experience with NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass. Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent) is a plus.
