You'll collaborate with development teams, manage data platforms, and lead capacity planning efforts. A strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and scalable system design is essential.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze OS/application metrics for performance optimization and fault resolution - Collaborate on testing, release, and CI/CD for data services - Lead capacity planning and platform management initiatives - Automate processes and uplift infrastructure for long-term sustainability - Ensure system reliability while supporting fast-paced feature developmentRequired Skills:- Proficient in Python/R, Hadoop, Spark, MySQL - Experienced in ML, NLP, anomaly detection, time-series analysis - Hands-on with ETL, dashboards (Domo, Alteryx), and ITSM tools (BMC Remedy) - Skilled in Linux data environments, JupyterHub, Kubernetes, AI/ML platforms - Working knowledge of CHEF and data edge node management - Experience with Airflow for workflow automation
