Role: Power Platform Engineer Location: Pune, Hyderabad OnlyAbout the Role Own the cases end-to-end created via MS ticketing system. Engage with the customer over Teams call, live chat/ screen sharing to understand the issue and/ or to take the case to closure while maintaining the customer satisfaction as the highest priority.Responsibilities Power Apps Skill (Basic) App creation Understanding of App Player Understanding of Connection Working with Data Understand various crash scenarios and propose the appropriate solution SharePoint Forms Common Data Services Administration LicensingPower Apps Skill (Advanced) Deep understanding of Common Data Services (CDS) and Common Data Model (CDM) Deep understanding on creating and managing environments, users, roles, and settings using PowerApps Admin Center and Power Platform Admin Center. Customizing and Configuring entities and integrating external data with CDS. Developing Canvas applications using CDS and other supported data sources (SharePoint, Excel, Office 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server and more) Developing Model Driven Apps using CDS as data source. Extending Canvas and Model Driven Apps (Custom connectors, integrations, visualizations and more)Microsoft Flow Skill (Basic) Flow Authoring Running Flow Connection Approvals How-To Administration Business Process Flow Common Data Service (CDS) SolutionsMicrosoft Flow Skill (Advanced) Create a flow from a template in Microsoft Flow Create a flow from scratch in Microsoft Flow and automate flows for Email, SharePoint, CDS, teams and many more. Create and share Button Flows. Scheduling the flows Create, import and export flows in solutions.
