Solution Designer-Servicenow

Experience:- Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience. - At least 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record in a solution design or architect role. - Demonstrated experience in delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform.Technical Expertise:- In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and custom application development (App Engine). - Strong background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions). - Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, SSO). - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Certifications:- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in multiple product suites (e.g., ITSM, HRSD) are highly preferred. - ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) is highly beneficial.Soft Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - A collaborative and influential team player with the ability to lead and mentor others. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
