Job Title:Sr. Java / Sr. Java Backend Developer Experience:3 – 11 years Location:Pune About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Java Backend Developerto join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inJava, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, and Multithreading , along with a solid understanding ofdata structures, algorithms, and design patterns . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services and scalable applications that power critical business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications usingJava and Spring Boot . Build and optimizeRESTful APIsandMicroservices architecture . Apply best practices inobject-oriented design, design patterns, and coding standards . Work withmultithreading and concurrencyto develop high-performance applications. Solve complex technical problems usingdata structures and algorithms . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Conductcode reviews , mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to software development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues. Participate in all phases of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC) . Required Skills & Qualifications 3 – 11 yearsof strong experience in backend development usingJava (8 or above) . Expertise inSpring Boot ,Spring Framework ,REST API development , andMicroservicesarchitecture. Strong knowledge ofdata structures, algorithms, and design patterns . Hands-on experience withmultithreading and concurrency . Strong understanding ofAPI security, versioning, and performance optimization . Good knowledge ofrelational databases (SQL)and familiarity withNoSQL databasesis a plus. Experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)is desirable. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Experience incontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .
