POSITION SUMMARY Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to support our data solutions team. This individual will be on a team that is using cutting edge technology to build solutions that work with large volumes of data across multiple platforms. They will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to maintain, Support and deliver products that will help drive decision making. Be the Technical Lead and go to person for support, maintenance and upkeep of systems for Palantir RTB team and also get involved in translating business requirements and building machine learning models along with CTB team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: L3 Support: Manage and respond to platform Incidents, service requests and managing ITSM process using ServiceNow following ITIL practices (SLA adherence) Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checks Handle critical incidents with timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations Ensure compliance with data security Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support & deliver high-impact data solutions. Maintain runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues Creating & maintaining data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories Participation in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs. Establishing data connections, building data health monitors, and analyzing data lineage Participation in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs. Work with the Development Team and translate business needs, challenges and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization and do enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixing from time to time. Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field or equivalent work experience with strong academic performance CGPA ≥ 7.0 or equivalent). 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, or technical consulting 3-5 years’ experience data engineering for data applications with Machine Learning Knowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour and Quiver TECH STACK, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Languages: Python, SQL, TypeScript Frameworks: PySpark Platforms: Palantir Foundry Data Tools: Pipeline Builder, Data Connections, Code Repos, Contour, Quiver, Workshop ITIL experience of Service Now and Service management practices. Self-Starter, Problem Solving Aptitude & Challenging status quo Continuously researches and evaluates emerging technologies Team player, Excellent Communication & inter personnel skills Preferred: Strong background in the following areas: Experience in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with Palantir Foundry, Cognizant, Python, PySpark and Java Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn , TensorFlow , PyTorch ).
