Job Title: Team Lead – .NET, Azure & React Location: Pune, India Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (On-site) Job Summary Zywave is seeking a Team Lead – .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git , capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server . Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows . Conduct code reviews , mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software development experience , with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role . Proven hands-on expertise in: .NET Framework/Core, C# Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services) React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript SQL Server (T-SQL) Git Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Mandatory Skills .NET (Framework & Core) Azure Technologies React SQL Server Git Nice-to-Have Skills Python YAML Terraform AI/ML exposure Prompt Engineering Domain Experience Prior experience or knowledge of the Insurance domain is highly desirable.
