TLM Developer

We are looking for a TLM Reconciliation Specialist with strong functional and technical expertise in TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) systems. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support TLM Reconciliations in both TLM 2.7 and TLM Recs Premium environments. Provide expertise in reconciliation workflows, exception management, and data matching rules. Support the migration and implementation of TLM 3.0 solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze and resolve reconciliation breaks. Perform data analysis and extract insights using SQL and Unix scripting. Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation processes for financial products and systems. Document functional and technical specifications and maintain system configurations. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in TLM Reconciliations. Strong expertise in TLM 2.7 , TLM Recs Premium , and exposure to TLM 3.0 . Functional knowledge of reconciliation processes , accounting principles, and product operations. Proficient in Oracle , Unix , and SQL . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Prior experience in financial services or banking operations. Exposure to automation and optimization in reconciliation systems.
