Academic Manager – Computer Science & Robotics Required Candidate Profile Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Science, Computer science, B.E/B.Tech 5 to 6 years of work experience in academics with minimum 1 year of work experience as a Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher/ Academic Manager B.Ed will be added advantage Job Description Hiring an experienced educator to manage academic operations at specific grade level; in line with the vision and mission of the organization. Ensuring high levels of academic results, academic data management & client satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to be academically strong with a flair for coordination and people management. Key Responsibility Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner, ensuring excellence in academic results. Coordinate with Central Committees and schools to implement curriculum as per guidelines Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all partnered schools. Effectively ensure that all process is followed in line with the policies laid down by the dept. Head. Should be ready to travel within the city or at times out of city. Expected Competencies Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment. Sound Technical skills. Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations Extrovert, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
