AI/ML+ IBM Watson Lead/Architect

Experience: 6-15 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida Work Type-Hybrid JD- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. Experience in IBM Cloud platforms and Watson. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java. Strong understanding of ML and LLMs and applying these principles in a variety of business applications. Demonstrated success in overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions from conception to delivery. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in guiding engineering teams to success. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficient with one or more project management tools – Jira, Git, Aha, etc. Experience with agile software development Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in working with large teams distributed across geographical locations and time zones
