SAP Testing (C4C & ISU Testing)

Must-Have Skills: 9 + years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C & ISU testing Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules : Customer Service, Device Management, Billing Deep understanding of utilities domain workflows Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM Familiarity with IDOCs, web services, SAP CPI/PI/PO Good communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional requirements for SAP C4C and ISU systems. Design and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for integrated C4CISU processes. Validate key utilities processes: Customer Master Data Replication Service Request & Ticket Handling Interaction Center Workflows Move-in/Move-out Processes Billing & Invoicing Integration Perform integration, regression, and UAT testing across SAP systems. Validate middleware integration (SAP CPI/HCI, PI/PO). Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to resolve defects. Document and report test results; track and manage defect lifecycle. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies . Good to Have: Experience with automation testing using Tricentis Tosca for SAP
