Role: Lead ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad/Pune (Onsite)Experience: 12+ YearsQualification: Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering or risk management sciencesCertification: LOMA (Mandatory)Mandatory skills: US insurance domain + Conversion and Migration + Life or Annuity + At least one Policy administration system (Vantage/Ingenium/OIPA/IPAS/ALIP/EXIGEN)Mandatory Skills:Strong US Life Insurance & Annuity domain knowledge.Experience in new product launch/implementation and policy admin system conversion/migration.Hands-on with requirements gathering, documentation, and sign-off processes.Ability to work with actuaries, analysts, and engineers to resolve compliance-related calculations (7702, 7702A, 101f).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.Preferred Skills:Experience with Policy Administration Systems (Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, EXIGEN).Knowledge of annuity product types, riders, contract lifecycle, payouts.Familiarity with compliance and taxation rules impacting policy servicing.Understanding of life insurance calculations (cash value, death benefits, TAMRA, CVAT, GPT).Experience in requirements management tools, use cases, and conversion projects.Ability to work with near-shore and offshore teams.Regards,Infosys BPM Recruitment team
