About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to support our domestic Health, Motor, and Life Insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions via call, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy. - Assist customers with queries related to insurance products—Health, Motor & Life. - Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction. - Identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions. - Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. - Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and compliance.Required Skill Set- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence). - Strong grammar, articulation, and pronunciation. - Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries patiently. - Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).Experience- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Preferred: Experience in insurance operations, customer service, or sales; strong sales acumen#CustomerSuccess #CustomerSuccessAssociate #ClientService #CustomerSupportJobs #CSAJobs #CustomerCareJobs #CustomerExperience #CXJobs #CustomerHandling
