Designation : Manager - US Life Insurance Experience:10+ years Job Location:Allianz Services, PuneJob Description:Must Have Experience inmanaginga medical underwriting team for aUS life insurer Knowledge of end to end medical underwriting guidelines for a US Life insurer will be preferred Handled teams with a minimum team size of 10 to 30 members Knowledge of reinsurance / financial underwriting / ability to handle new transitions will be an added advantage Preferably from a medical / pharma educational backgroundResponsibilities Communicating with clients, presenting dashboards, exploring opportunity areas for providing additional services, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Managing the operational workflow, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, overseeing the team's performance and training needs Guiding and enhancing the knowledge of a team of associates and fostering a positive work environment. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Identifying areas for improvement in processes, implementing changes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both team members and clients.
