Assistant manager - Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition team at Xceedance supports end-to-end recruitment across critical business roles. We are looking for a hands-on recruitment professional with mandatory experience hiring for Actuarial and/or P&C Insurance roles.What you will be doing:Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.Develop and update job descriptions and specificationsInteract with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networksManage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.,Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct interviews.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleConduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirementsMaintain candidate databasesMonitor and apply best HR recruiting practicesContributes towards other HR and engagement activitiesWhat you will bring to the Team:6–10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.A professional with educational background as minimum Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills.Must be a problem solver and be able to work independentlyProficiency in MS Excel, PPT
