Job Title: Payroll & Labour Law Compliance Executive / ManagerLocation Pune (Work from Office – Shivajinagar / Model Colony area preferred)Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance for multiple group companies and clients. The role requires strong command over PF, ESIC, labour laws, and payroll structuring, with ability to handle audits and multi-entity operations.Key Responsibilities Payroll Management End-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies/entities Salary structuring, CTC breakups, reimbursements, variable pay Handling TDS on salary, Form 16, payroll reconciliations Leave, attendance, bonus, gratuity calculations Statutory Compliance Compliance with: Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) Professional Tax (PT) Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Monthly/quarterly filings and challans Handling notices, inspections, and assessments Labour Law Compliance Shops & Establishment compliance Registers & records maintenance Drafting employment agreements, HR policies Vendor compliance (contract labour, if applicable) MIS & Reporting Payroll reports, cost analysis, variance reports Support in audits (statutory/internal/transfer pricing payroll data) Coordination with accounts and tax teams Ideal Candidate Profile Qualification / / MBA (HR/Finance) Additional certifications in labour laws/payroll preferredExperience Executive Level: 2–4 years Senior/Manager Level: 5–8 years Experience in CA firm / consultancy / multi-client environment is a BIG plus ️ Skills Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws Hands-on with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, Keka, Excel advanced) Ability to manage multiple companies simultaneously Good drafting & compliance interpretation skills
