As a Quant Recruiter / Resume Sourcer at Callisto Talent Solutions, you will be the bridge between elite Tier-1 trading firms (HFTs, Market Makers, and Systematic Hedge Funds) and the world’s most brilliant Quantitative Researchers and Engineers. You will operate in a fast-paced, /"winner-takes-all/" environment where speed, technical credibility, and high-touch relationship management are the keys to success.Key Responsibilities:Deep-Dive Sourcing: Identify and engage /"passive/" elite talent from top-tier universities and competitors using advanced Boolean search, GitHub, Kaggle, and niche research publications.Technical Pre-Screening: Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates possess the /"Hard Science/" DNA—fluency in $C++$, Python, $KDB+/Q$, and a mastery of probability, statistics, and linear algebra.Market Mapping: Build and maintain an /"intelligence map/" of the HFT/MFT landscape. You should know which teams are expanding and where the best Alpha-generators are sitting.High-Stakes Negotiation: Manage the complex offer process, including base salary, sign-on bonuses, and sophisticated /"P&L-linked/" bonus structures.Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our agency at elite tech conferences/ Seminars and universities to build a long-term pipeline of future /"Star Quants./"Required Skills & QualificationsDomain Expertise: A strong conceptual understanding of HFT/MFT strategies (Statistical Arbitrage, Market Making, Order Book Dynamics).Technical Literacy: You don’t need to code, but you must speak the language.
