This on-site role involves managing the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. Additional responsibilities will include building strong candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements, and maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.QualificationsStrong skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talentProficient in conducting interviews, candidate evaluation, and data managementUnderstanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesAbility to build rapport with candidates and hiring managersExperience in technology staffing or IT recruitment is an advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and relevant software is a plusWork Timing : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday, Sat half day when needed)Office Location: Kharadi Pune
