Join us in shaping the future of student housing.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Employee Engagement to drive and execute employee engagement initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, brings creativity with execution rigor, and enjoys owning programs that positively impact employee experience, culture, and retention.1. Employee Engagement & Culture StrategyDesign and own a dynamic employee engagement and culture roadmap that brings our values to life and supports our people and business goals.Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, cultural celebrations, and community-building experiences that employees genuinely enjoy.Ensure engagement programs are inclusive, scalable, and consistently experienced across teams, functions, and locations.Spark participation and excitement by creating engaging programs and building strong alignment with key stakeholders.2. Internal CommunicationsSupport and execute internal communication strategies that make culture, values, and priorities easy to understand and connect with.Create and manage engaging internal content, including leadership announcements, employee newsletters, campaigns, and organization-wide updates.Partner with HR and leadership teams to turn strategic messages into clear, relatable, and impactful communication.Enable smooth and effective message flow during key initiatives, organizational changes, and milestone moments.3. Employee Feedback and Insights Create simple and effective ways to capture employee feedback and sentiment on engagement initiatives and everyday experiences.Track participation, engagement levels, and program impact through dashboards and clear metrics.Analyze feedback and data to identify what’s working, what can be improved, and where we can do better.Use insights to continuously refine engagement strategies and elevate the overall employee experience.4. Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Admin, and business teams to deliver connected and seamless engagement programs.Act as a key point of coordination to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely execution across teams.Build strong relationships that help embed engagement initiatives into day-to-day people practices and business processes.5. Vendor & Budget ManagementCollaborate with external vendors and partners to bring engagement programs and events to life.Oversee planning, logistics, and budgets to ensure smooth execution and high-quality experiences.Ensure vendor partnerships align with our standards and contribute positively to the employee experience.6. Employee Experience Innovation Stay curious about new trends, ideas, and best practices in employee engagement and workplace experience.Conceptualize, pilot, and scale initiatives focused on wellness, inclusion, belonging, and a positive workplace culture.Recommend thoughtful improvements based on employee feedback, data insights, and evolving organizational needs.7.
