The intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:1.Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.2.Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.3.Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and trackers.4.Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.5.Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.6.Help with HR analytics, preparing reports, and data management.7.Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks as required.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good time management skills.What You Will Gain:Practical exposure to various HR functions in a corporate setup.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for outstanding performers.
