Senior Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to support U.S. and international payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical payroll expertise, especially in Workday.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and supporting ongoing payroll operations and improvements. Process US multi-state and international payrolls with a focus on Brazil payrollExecute accurate and timely payroll cycles, including off-cycles, adjustments, and bonusesPrepare and manage post-payroll reconciliations.Partner with ADP SmartCompliance to resolve tax notices and ensure accurate agency filingsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulationsSupport Workday payroll processes (no configuration required)Collaborate with CPE (HR), Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll issuesIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance payroll accuracy and efficiencyWhat You Will Need:10+ years of overall payroll experience (processing, audits, reporting)5+ years of Experience of using Workday HCMExperience preparing post-payroll reconciliationsStrong knowledge of US and Brazil payroll laws, tax filings, and statutory requirementsHands-on experience with ADP SmartComplianceStrong Excel skills High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and global teams
