Payroll Executive

Job Title: Payroll Executive Experience: 1–2 years Location: Pune (HQ) Type: Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role We’re looking for a sharp and detail-obsessed Payroll Executive who knows payroll inside-out and can run it end-to-end without hand-holding. If numbers make sense to you, deadlines don’t scare you, and accuracy is your non-negotiable - this role’s for you.What You’ll DoHandle end-to-end payroll processing for employees (monthly payroll, F&F, arrears, incentives, deductions).Ensure accurate salary computation including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other statutory deductions.Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs and coordinate with HR for validations.Prepare and maintain payroll MIS, reports, and records.Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings related to payroll.Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies quickly.Support audits by maintaining proper payroll documentation and data.Coordinate with banks and vendors for salary disbursement, if required.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of hands-on payroll experience (non-negotiable).Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws & statutory compliance.Experience working with payroll software/tools and strong Excel skills.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.Ability to work on tight timelines and handle multiple tasks smoothly.Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.Good to HaveExperience in retail, fashion, or fast-growing organizations.Exposure to payroll audits or multi-location payroll handling.Why Join UsWork at HQ with direct exposure to core HR operations.Fast-paced environment where your work actually matters.If payroll is your zone and you can own it end-to-end, we’d love to connect.
