(Fill the details)• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.Eligibility:• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsKey Responsibilities:• Be focused on processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.• Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.• Maintain track of Payments made and “Fallouts”.• Handling “Fallouts” diligently and taking them to logical closures.• Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders – Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.• Adhering to company policies and regulations.• Responding to employee queries with TAT.• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.• Diligently attend to escalation• Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices• Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources• Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.Main Skills:- "HR Operations expertise, - SAP & Excel Knowledge, - Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills - Managing customer stakeholders directly - Experience in designing the processes with tech supports"Work Experience:1-10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.Technical Experience• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
