HR Intern - Uni SeoulLocation: Pune, HQType: Internship (On-site)About the RoleWe’re looking for an HR Intern who’s genuinely passionate about people, organised to the core, and has a natural knack for spotting good talent. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, and day-to-day people processes at a fast-growing modern lifestyle brand.What You’ll Be Doing- End-to-end support in recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and updating trackers. - Managing candidate communication and ensuring a smooth interview experience. - Assisting with onboarding and documentation for new joiners. - Maintaining HR databases, records, and weekly recruitment reports. - Supporting HR operations like attendance, employee queries, and induction activities. - Helping plan engagement activities, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and team events. - Coordinating with different departments for hiring and admin needs. - Ensuring the overall HR workflow stays organised and on track.What We’re Looking For- Someone who’s proactive, approachable, and has a “let me figure this out” mindset. - Strong communication skills — both written and spoken. - Good understanding of recruitment basics (Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, screening, JD creation). - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment. - Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities. - Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related fields.Why Join UniSeoul?- Work with a young, high-energy team building one of India’s most aesthetic Korean-inspired lifestyle brands. - Great learning exposure across talent, culture, and HR operations. - A chance to grow into a long-term role based on performance.
